Matches that count

Each hole, scores are ranked and paired best-to-best — then only the top pairings count. Best 1 scores just the best-vs-best pair.

How the points work

Best plays best. On every hole, each team's scores are ranked and matched — best A score against best B score, second best against second best, and so on. The lower score in each pairing wins the difference in strokes as points — 4 against 5 is 1 point, 4 against 6 is 2 points. Level scores are 0.

Best pairs only. Pairings are numbered by score rank — pair 1 is best-vs-best. If you pick fewer counting matches than pairs, only the top pairings count; the rest are shown greyed out.

Card symbols. When reading a photo, a circle ○ — empty or with a number inside — counts as par, and a triangle △ — empty or with a number inside — counts as birdie (par −1). A plain digit is read as written.

Turbo & Love zone. Hole 9 is the Turbo hole, and 16, 17, 18 are the Love zone. Points on those holes count double.

Running total. Points cancel across the round — a team leads by the net of everything won so far.
